qualified personnel.

While we do make every effort that a resume is sent only to those listings that match a profile, Jobtrak’s
primary goal is to allow your resume as much exposure to potential employers as possible. Jobtrak does
not filter requests to view a resume, or requests to send a resume. It is not Jobtrak’s intention to
act as a representative.

It is the dental office’s choice on whether or not to contact the potential employee. Jobtrak does not
recommend or endorse any person(s) who choose to post on our website.

Once a resume has been sent, Jobtrak relinquishes all responsibility to the concerned parties.

By posting a listing onto the Jobtrak website and/or submitting a resume, you are giving Jobtrak
permission to distribute your resume and information to any interested parties.

If you do not agree with the above conditions, please contact us and your profile will be
removed from our website, and your resume will no longer be distributed through Jobtrak.

When choosing to allow ECall, you are agreeing that your contact information can be given to
any interested doctor(s) that request it.
