ECall FAQ
  1. What is ECall? - ECall is an real time service that allows a registered office to obtain contact
    information for valid ECall resume subscribers immediately.
  2. How does it work? - Once you have subscribed to ECall by submitting your office information,
    Jobtrak will validate your submittal. Once the validation is complete you can submit ECall
    requests and receive the contact information for ECall resume subscribers immediately to
    your registered email account.
  3. How do I get ECall? - When creating a listing choose the "Available for ECall" option.
  4. What if I am already a registered office ECall subscriber? - If you are an office that has
    already subscribed to ECall, click on any listing that has the picture and an email
    will be sent to your registered email account with the contact information of the ECall
    resume subscriber.

    To subscribe to ECall email support@jobtrak.ca and request to be added as an ECall listing.
